Log into your TIGC account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
